Google TV Streamer leaked – New Chromecast TV Replacement

As first reported from 9to5Google – Googles brand new streaming device has been leaked. Close to a year ago it was noticed that a new device type had popped up in the Google Home app. Because of the device code, it was thought that this is most likely a streaming device, some sort of new Chromecast. We now know that Google is moving away from the Dongle design to a brand new Streaming box dubbed the Google TV Streamer.

What is New on The Google Streamer

To make things easy I wanted to create a straight forward list of features on the Google Streamer. I will update this list as more information comes out.

• New Sleek design
• Most likely new Google 14 OS
• Elongated larger Google TV Remote
• New Specs (Unknown)

As for price point, I believe the most likely set price will be higher then the Google Chromecast tv 4k. I would expect 20-30$ higher, which should also include some premium specs, hopefully somewhere in the Fire tv cube 3 range.
