Venu Sports has been advertised as a cheap alternative to the little expensive IPTV options currently available on the market. Offering most major sports and some of the most popular channels including – ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, Fox and Fox Sports to name a few. This service is being put together by Disney, Fox and Warner bros, Discovery.

Some current major streaming services including FuboTV and DirectTV are claiming that these major corporations are keeping their channels to themselves by creating a new service. Making it impossible to compete with them on the open market. Yes, you read that right, Fubo is mad that you may be able to buy a service at a discounted price.

Currently, the judge has granted the preliminary injunction which blocks the release of Venu Sports. However this will most likely be appealed and I imagine the service will be released, however in what form is yet to be seen.
